Headquartered in Charleston, SC, with a portfolio of $250 million in marina assets, PORT 32 delivers world-class experiences to its customers nationwide. Our partnership with Port 32 began in 2014 and in the six years we’ve worked with them, we’ve delivered an incredible range of projects, from website design and development to print design for marketing collateral.

Most notably, we built a custom reservation management system and mobile app. Originally, PORT 32 was using three disparate systems for reservations, payment processing, and boat management. As a result of our work, we streamlined all business processes into one single integrated cloud-based system. Now, PORT 32 has a single platform for reservation management, customer billing, and member management for all four Florida based marinas.
By building PORT 32 a custom CMS, their employees can update and maintain information on inventory and rates, which allows them to manage member reservations and the payment processes around such bookings in real-time. Employees are now able to provide a more seamless customer experience because they have everything they need at their fingertips. Having a centralized cloud-based system means that PORT 32 can manage the core functions of their business more efficiently.
Working with the payment products by Square, we created such a sophisticated solution for PORT 32 and their customers, that we were invited to San Francisco, Square’s headquarters, to share our work at their 2018 Annual Square Developer Advisory Board Conference. We presented on the platform that we built for PORT 32, which uses Square’s POS system and e-commerce capabilities through a custom API integration.
With the new custom CMS ready to go, and the mobile app launched, PORT 32 enlisted our creative direction and talented designers to put together a new brochure that could highlight these new customer benefits. With elements of sophistication and luxury, our designers created a beautiful piece of marketing collateral that will be sure to help our client stand out in the crowd.
To help PORT 32 drive more value to its customer base, we designed and developed a mobile app that allows customers to manage their profile information all from the convenience of their phone. They can make reservations, process payments, pay for products like boat fuel, and view invoices.
